Call For Speakers Closed – Ignite London 5
Speaker submissions are now closed for Ignite London 5. We look forward to you submitting your talk proposals the next time we open the call for speakers. We’re sure we will be amazed by the range and originality of ideas.
The Format
What do you want to tell people in 5 minutes?
Ignite events are not about self-promotion. We are interested in talks that are driven by passion, not by sales. There is no limit to the kind of topics you can talk about from technology and science to the arts and everything in-between. If you’re willing to spend five minutes sharing it with an enthusiastic audience, including the whole world (via our vimeo channels and Ignite Show), then this is your chance.
Making us laugh is a good thing, making us think is even better! We want our speakers to be as diverse and stimulating as the city that we live in. Whatever you’re passionate about, we’d love to hear about it – and remember the Ignite motto: Enlighten us, but make it quick!
Please include as much information about your proposed presentation as you can, as this will help us determine who is chosen for the line-up. Please note that by submitting a proposal, you are agreeing that we may use your name and the title of your talk within Ignite London promotional material.
How will selections be made?
Talks will be primarily selected based on whether the topic is interesting, inventive, creative and unique. We will also make an attempt to select a wide range of topics so that there isn’t too much overlap in terms of content and subjects that haven’t been covered at previous Ignite London events. We’ll let you know very soon after the deadline, whether your proposal has been successful in order to give you as much time as possible to prepare.
