Here’s the first of the Ignite London videos, which were taken and uploaded by the lovely Richard. I’ll be posting them all individually here over the next few days but he’s already uploaded seven videos in total, which you can check out by visiting the Ignite London Vimeo Channel.

Thanks to everyone who came out last night, to our speakers, our sponsors and Ginglik. We’ll be posting images from the event and videos of the talks over the next week or so. It was a great night! You’ve all made me smile
Author: Amy | Filed under: Uncategorized | No Comments »It feels like we’ve been planning it for months (well, I guess we have) and it’s nice to know that the day is finally here. Ignite London is happening tonight at Ginglik. Doors open at 7 pm and talks will begin sometime between 7:45 and 8 pm. Admission is free.
A last word of thanks to our sponsors: presenting sponsor Box UK, venue sponsor Ginglik (especially Colin for all his help) and non-monetary promotional sponsors the BBC and O’Reilly. Most important, thanks to all of tonight’s speakers who have donated their time, energy and creativity to creating an interesting and eclectic range of talks.
Both Dan and I have really enjoyed putting together this event. If you are at Ignite tonight, please come up and say hello. For more on Dan, visit his Twitter or his website. You can also find me (Amy) on Twitter or on my blog. We also both write for The Januarist.
Hope to see many of you tonight!
Author: Amy | Filed under: Uncategorized | No Comments »Hi everyone! Just a quick reminder that Ignite London is this Wednesday, November 18th at Ginglik. Doors open at 7 pm, talks start between 7:45 and 8 pm. Ginglik does serve food and, of course, the bar will be open all night.
If you received a voucher, your admission is guaranteed up until 7:15 pm. If you didn’t receive one, please do come along anyhow. We still expect you will be able to get in at the door if you arrive early but of course, we can’t guarantee anything.
We would love it if you would remind everyone that Ignite London is happening this week and also to continue to post about the event through your social networking channels throughout the night of the 18th. Please use the hash tag #igniteLDN so that we can follow what everyone is saying.
Thanks for all your support and we’re looking forward to seeing you all on Wednesday. In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please leave a comment or email amyATboxukDOTcom.
