We are pleased to announce our fantastic venue for the third Ignite London event! The Luminaire in Kilburn will be the venue sponsor for Ignite London 3 on 28th September at 7pm. Get the date in your diaries now!
We are really excited about this venue, it proved to be a fantastic space for Ignite London 2 , it has a brilliant atmosphere, and the owner is very supportive having delivered an Ignite style talk himself .
Luminaire has won lots of awards for being a great venue: In February 2006, just eleven months after opening, Time Out magazine named The Luminaire as its Live Venue of The Year and in March 2007, two years after opening, it won Music Week’s UK Venue of The Year award. After seeing Luminaire in action as part of ignite london 2 we can understand why – it really is a great place and is a perfect fit for ignite, for our speakers and audience alike. So we are back again! Brilliant.

The Ignite London team are gearing up for the next Ignite event, IgniteLDN #3! It’s been quiet on the Ignite London front for a while, thanks for being patient, but we’re back!
Ignite London 3 is coming Autumn 2010. The fine details are still being worked out, but we want to see you there! As always, admission will be free, and further details will be announced in the coming weeks. Why we like it?
Andy says: I love this presentation! For me it’s what Ignite is all about because the guy is clearly passionate about his subject. His slides are simple, but really get across the message he is giving. He brings you into his world, probably a world which you would otherwise have known very little about. A little bit of humour also goes a long way too. Warning: contains some strong language!

The videos from the evening are in the process of being have been edited, encoded and uploaded for your delight of Ignite London 2. All of which will be available via the channel & album on vimeo. Videos will be also be embedded here on the site, so don’t worry about missing out.
Another fantastic announcement is that they will be mobile friendly via vimeo, in particular the iPod & iPhone. A separate video podcast is also being considered, so if you would like to see this come to fruition please leave a comment.
