We are really excited to announce three more speakers for Ignite London in addition to Ben Hammersley who was confirmed last week.

Jennie Albone’s talk is called Things that Might Not Work Out. Jennie is a London-based writer, artist and teacher. In addition to her professional experience of directing and devising theatre with young people as a secondary English and Drama teacher, she has also written and led workshops, worked in the voluntary sector and was the Education Manager for the Moonstruck Astronaut Theatre Company. She currently works for Globe Education. Her blog, Vague Suggestions, and its nebulous cultural dispatches is a nominee for the Best Wordpress Design Award of 2009.

Jimmy Greer’s talk is called Rediscovery: Brazil and the 21st Century. Jimmy went to Brazil for the first time in 2001 and has been hooked ever since. In his work life, he is a sustainability consultant helping organisations sort out their social and environmental impacts. You can follow him on Twitter at http://twitter.com/jimmygreer.

Mandy Saven’s talk is called The Best Design Innovation Over the Past Six Months. As Editor of GDR’s Global Innovation Reports, Mandy brings a unique insight into design-led innovation and brand development. With a background in fashion design and digital and lifestyle journalism, Mandy is a frequent speaker to agency and client audiences in London and Europe. The deadline to apply to speak at Ignite London is October 9th, but we are confirming the first ten spots before then so apply early. All the details on how to apply can be found in an earlier blog post.

Ignite London is happening at Ginglik on Wednesday, November 18th. Doors open at 7 pm, admission is free and people will gain entrance on a first come, first serve basis so arrive early to avoid disappointment. Special thanks to Ginglik for their support of this event.
